Primary Objective

Your primary objective is to manage and grow an existing Digital Marketing Agency business that has accepting levels of Net Profits and positive cash flow.

Key tasks

o Drive Business Growth & Development of existing of our outsourced Digital Marketing Services (PPC, SEO & Social) Clients and prospects to achieve or exceed targets set;

o Develop and present Digital Strategies for Clients;

o Ensure that time spent is driving the optimal value for every aspect of the business to achieve targeted profit and positive cash flow;

o Drive process improvements in all aspects of the business

o Manage Staff & Partners to ensure optimal service is provided for Clients needs in Digital Marketing;

o Ensure that Board of Directors is kept up to informed of any key issues arising

Key Deliverables

o Budgeted Revenue, Profit & Cashflow is reported and achieved or exceeded on a monthly basis;

o Develop a sustainable Customer base; i.e. long term Customers with on-going projects and continuing need for Digital Marketing Services & Management thereof

o Client Retention exceeds 80% per annum.

o Has excellent up to date Digital Marketing experience and expertise.

o Must be motivated to grow and develop sales and revenue opportunities

o Has proven capability to operate at a strategic level and possessing the in-depth skills and expertise to promote and manage the day-to-day operations.

o Sets and executes high performance standards

o Demonstrates an energetic, self-motivated and flexible approach In all matters
